Video Factory is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate videos from text prompts, customize content, and optionally publish to connected platforms like YouTube.
Video Factory currently offers a free tier with a limited number of credits. Each video generation uses credits. The number of available credits and their renewal schedule may change.
A premium plan with automated upload and scheduling features may be offered in the future. Free-tier users can still create videos and manually upload them to YouTube after review.
You own the content you provide, such as prompts and uploaded media. By providing content to Video Factory, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of generating your videos. We do not claim ownership of your original content.
You are responsible for the content you publish. Free-tier users must review videos before making them publicly visible. You retain ownership of your published content.
Connecting your YouTube account is optional. When you authorize Video Factory to upload to your channel, you are responsible for the content that is published. You can disconnect your channel at any time.
AI-generated video content is owned by you. Video Factory retains no ownership claim over videos created on the platform. You may use your generated videos for any purpose, including commercial use.
You must not use Video Factory to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service and remove content that violates these rules.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Video Factory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Video Factory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
